Our Process
Briefing
As an integral part of the recruiting process, we will work closely with our clients to gain a detailed briefing, both on technical expectations (hard skills) and on expectations of interpersonal skills and cultural fit (soft skills).
Sourcing
We will actively connect with and source active and passive candidates, with a vision of maintaining diverse candidate communities through several routes of sourcing (Internal Database, Direct, Headhunting, Networking, Referral).
Reporting
A report will be done by MA on the activity of the ongoing recruitment and will define regular catch-up with candidates being represented exclusively by our consultants. This allows us to highlight the progress of the recruitment process and share insights on the state of the market.
