Anthony Blomet

Anthony is a results-driven leader who has dedicated his career to the tech recruitment industry at MA. 

Having started as a SAP recruiter at MA in 2000, Anthony has steadily advanced his career over the last two decades, supporting MA to grow its operations and global coverage, including relocating to Barcelona in 2018 to open our second office as Managing Director of our Spanish entity. 

Now, as our Global Chief Operating Officer, Anthony oversees all aspects of operations, driving organizational efficiency and implementing growth strategies. With a strong foundation in recruitment, he possesses a deep understanding of the industry and leverages that knowledge to optimize business processes and enhance operational performance. 

Throughout his career, Anthony has demonstrated a track record of success in scaling operations, streamlining workflows, and fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams. His strategic mindset and dedication to continuous improvement have played a pivotal role in MA's growth and market position. 

Anthony holds a strong commitment to staying ahead of industry trends and embracing emerging technologies, obtaining a certification in Artificial Intelligence and its Implications for Business Strategy; ensuring that we, MA, remain at the forefront of the tech recruitment landscape.
