Senior Technical Team Lead AI (Healthcare)

We are seeking a Senior Technical Team Lead AI (Healthcare) to join our team within a unit focused on innovation and the development of advanced Artificial Intelligence-based solutions, with a particular emphasis on the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with clients and manage diverse projects effectively.
  • Lead and support the technical team by sharing expertise and knowledge.
  • Foster team growth by leveraging individual skills while maintaining a balance between resource management and financial objectives.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of client needs and opportunities presented by emerging technologies.
  • Take ownership of team deliverables, ensuring alignment with project goals and quality standards.
  • Gather essential requirements for designing solutions and proposals, applying a structured approach to problem-solving and delivery.
  • Exhibit strong professional expertise in complex or sensitive situations, providing guidance to junior colleagues and acting as a point of reference for clients.

Experience in clinical data analysis and translating data into practical healthcare solutions will be highly valued.

Requirements:

  • Degree in STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
  • Expertise in designing solutions involving Machine Learning models and Artificial Intelligence algorithms.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and its libraries for machine learning and data analysis (e.g., Pandas, TensorFlow, NumPy).
  • Experience in data analysis and visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
  • Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and AI techniques, particularly in predictive and classification problems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure tools and technologies, including Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Cognitive Services.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the clinical domain, including knowledge of healthcare information systems and challenges related to clinical data analysis.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration from various hospital or healthcare systems.
