Software Engineer Workday-Advanced Compensation

Following the delivery of the Bonus & Merit Review process in Workday, both maintenance of the existing configuration & enhancements reviewed by both the BPO and the PO need to be configured, tested and implemented by end of year.

The advanced compensation technical expert will support the Squad "Compensation Review" in its various sprints, mainly concerning the following topics of implementation of the configuration of the Advanced comp module

  • Annual salary review
  • Bonus review
  • Stock review
  • Compensation Review Statements
  • Reports & Dashboard

The developments are as standard as possible, the use of customization is limited.

The advanced compensation expert will have to work in Agile in Sprints over periods of 2 weeks with continuous delivery.
